Giesen Roaster Maintenance Workshop

Maintaining a coffee roaster is of utmost importance for safe operations and to maximise its lifespan, while ensuring it consistently continues to roast quality coffee.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

• Strip apart a W6A to learn all the different parts of the roaster
• Trace the roaster’s airflow path
• Practice doing a 300-hour maintenance

The workshop will end with a Q&A session.

Class will be conducted by Darren Chang of Smitten Coffee Roasters (SG). Smitten has been working with Giesen since 2011, so rest assured they are experts of the machines.
